Lambert’s Cove

West Tisbury residents and renters only

If you rent a house or stay at an inn in West Tisbury, you can go to Lambert’s Cove Beach. Sandwiched between the high scarps of Makonikey Head and the billionaire’s retreats of Paul’s Point, Lambert’s Cove is indisputably the finest stretch of sand on the relatively protected waters of the Island’s North Shore.

No pounding surf here, but plenty to look at with the pretty boats of summer coming and going in search of a good puff of the southwest wind or a mess of terns diving and singing over a school of blitzing blues.
